Ephemeral Social PBC is a Delaware Public Benefit Corporation. Our mission is to create social technology that prioritizes human wellbeing, privacy, and genuine connection over engagement metrics and advertising revenue.

Pricing: Ephemeral requires a paid subscription. Current pricing is $7/month or $70/year.

Founder Pricing: Early supporters who purchase founder access at $45/year retain that price for as long as they maintain continuous subscription.

Refunds: Subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Founder pricing is locked in for existing founder subscribers.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you create. By posting, you grant Ephemeral a limited license to display your content to other users as intended by the platform's features.

Content Deletion: Content is automatically deleted according to our retention schedules (typically 24 hours for posts, 7 days for event content). This deletion is permanent.

Human-Only Content: Ephemeral is designed for human-created content. AI-generated content must be clearly disclosed. We may use device attestation to verify human authorship.

Ephemeral features time-bounded usage windows designed to encourage healthy social media habits. You can access Messages, Events, and Notes outside these windows, but feed and posting features are limited to your chosen daily windows.
